Terms of Use

dearly Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-refundable purchase granting Premium for as long as the service is offered.

Use dearly only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't upload illegal or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited right to store and display it to you and your paired partner in order to operate the app.

dearly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Trndding will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using dearly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
